GADC Welcomes Michelle Rash as Fall Intern

Michelle Rash to serve as the Greenville Area Development Corporation’s Fall Intern

GREENVILLE, SC – August 24, 2017 – The Greenville Area Development Corporation welcomes Michelle Rash as the newest addition to their team. Michelle will be serving as the Public Relations and Social Media Intern for the Fall of 2017.

A native of Statesville, North Carolina, Michelle is a senior at Furman University majoring in Politics and International Affairs.  Prior to working at the Greenville Area Development Corporation, Michelle held internships at the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and in the Office of Alexander Burnett, Member of the Scottish National Parliament.  At Furman, Michelle is currently serving as the Chair of the American Enterprise Institute Executive Council and as a recruitment counselor.

“The GADC continues to look for creative ways to position itself via the web with decision makers,” said Kevin Landmesser, GADC Senior Vice President.  “We are pleased to have Michelle with her unique background and experience to head up our efforts to do so.”

“I’m looking forward to gaining more experience in marketing and social media management, and am excited to learn about economic development at an agency that cares so much about the Greenville community,” says Michelle.
